How to take a flight 00:00 / 00:00
Airplane travel can be stressful（有压力的） for many travellers. People about to take a first airplane flight may find it both exciting and nerve-wracking（极端令人头疼的，非常伤脑筋的）. If you know a few simple things about air travel, you'll feel comfortable. Here are some tips for you:
Talk to others about what to expect（期待） during a first airplane flight. If your family members or friends often take a plane, ask them for tips about making the travel safe and enjoyable.
Remember that you can only have two carry-on things: one small suitcase and one personal item, such as a purse or briefcase.
Listen carefully during safety announcements（通告，布告）. These are made both in the airport and on the airplane. Flight attendants（服务人员） tell the passengers safety instructions（指示） before takeoff.
Bring some things that will make you feel comfortable at home and on the flight. Books and blankets（毛毯） are always good ideas, and you can also bring an MP5 player. Just be sure to follow the flight attendants' instructions about when it's OK to use them.
Chew（嚼） on gum（口香糖） or candy during takeoff（起飞） and landing（着陆）. This will make your ears comfortable.
